Canada: Flat rate $7.50 CAD
Orders will ship via Canada Post, which will include a tracking number. (Allow 4-7 days for delivery)

USA: Flat rate $7.50 CAD
Orders will ship via Canada Post Surface (Allow 6-12 days for shipping)

International: Flat rate $10.50 CAD
Orders will ship via Canada Post Air (Allow 6-10 business days for delivery)

All items are priced in Canadian dollars and shipped 2-4 from the date the order is placed. You will be informed via e-mail once your order has been shipped.  If you would like your order rushed please state that in the special instructions area of your cart or as a note when you are checking out through PayPal and we will expedite shipping.  You will be informed of any additional shipping charges via e-mail.

How do I make a  purchase from your website?

Our website only accepts Payal as a form of payment which is the fastest easiest and safest way of purchasing products online.  To complete your purchase use the following steps:

1) Once you've confirmed the items you wish to purchase in your cart click the check out with PayPal button.

2) Login to your paypal account and click continue you will be redirected to fredrickprince.com where you will see your total order amount including shipping charges.

3) Enter coupon code if applicable

4) Click complete my purchase and you're done! Your payment will be successfully made through PayPal and you can look forward to receiving your new Fredrick Prince piece!

Care

Fredrick Prince jewelry is made with quality and care in Toronto, Canada.  To get the most from your pieces, keep them out of water and be cautious of perspiration. Put on your jewelry after applying cosmetics as they contain chemicals that can damage and fade your piece, this includes perfume.  Your skin's natural PH and all the above mentioned factors can affect the look of your purchase after time.  However, with care and love you'll get to enjoy your piece forever.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@fredrickprince.com stating the issue and we will gladly accept unused, unworn merchandise with tags on for a full refund within seven days from the date you receive your goods.   The refund will be for the total amount less shipping charges.  The sender is responsible for any shipping charges relating to returns.  Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn't get damaged on the way back. It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for lost goods through the mail.
